A three-week engagement designed to help teams identify where their dynamics are driving performance—and where they may be limiting it.

Best suited for teams committed to high-level communication, effective leadership, and building a culture where insight translates into stronger performance and collaboration.

❋ 3 Individual Sessions

Each team member, including leadership, will participate in three one-on-one sessions (one per week) to explore their goals, perspective, and individual insight into the team’s dynamics.

❋ 3 Team Sessions

Each week includes one full-team session focused on aligning perspectives, fostering open communication, and identifying practical ways to move through current limitations.

❋ Leadership Coaching

Additional time is dedicated to supporting team leaders in understanding the root causes of their team’s challenges, along with a clear summary and action plan to guide the team forward.

❋ A Transformational Experience

This is not a generic team-building exercise. It is a structured process designed to facilitate honest dialogue, deeper self-awareness, greater understanding, and a shared sense of direction moving forward.

Week One:

Establishing Trust & Clarity

The first week is focused on establishing trust and clarifying the team’s goals, shared vision, and key friction points. We begin with a group session to align on expectations, questions, and concerns, followed by individual sessions with each team member for the remainder of the week.

Week Two:

Dialogue & Discovery

The second week focuses on uncovering what’s happening beneath the surface. We begin with individual sessions to encourage open, honest reflection and help each team member clearly articulate their thoughts and perspectives. These insights then form the foundation for our second group session.

Week Three:

Leadership & Implementation

The third week is the most involved, with a focus on integration and leadership execution. We begin with individual sessions to reflect on the previous two weeks, with particular attention to how communication either succeeded or broke down during the second group session.

We follow this up with a leadership-only group session to establish transparency, accountability, and a clear structure for the final team session. Leaders are then responsible for facilitating the final session, applying the insights developed throughout the process.

We conclude with a final leadership session to reflect on successes and identify opportunities for continued growth. The focus of this session is to collaboratively develop clear, actionable plans to sustain the work beyond Dakota’s involvement.
